today is cia's birthday now she are 21 ladies..huhuhu..but i think she not matured enough hahaha. so i have made a birthday card with my own hand...it takes three day to finish up this card....a lot of effort i put on this. hope shea like it...dah bg pon semalam. below is a few picture that i taken during the process enjoy...
